Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return, then 14 days to send it back. You may briefly try the glasses on to check fit; otherwise, our voluntary returns offer requires them to be unused, in resellable condition and complete with all accessories. These conditions do not limit the statutory rights below.

Email support@sleepspec.co.uk with your order details for return instructions and the correct destination. Pack the items securely and keep proof of posting. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Cancelling an online purchase

You also have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days beginning the day after delivery of your order's last item. Notify us by email or another clear statement, then send the goods back within 14 days. No approval is needed. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; deductions may reflect loss in value from excessive handling.

You may use the model cancellation form, but this is optional.

Refunds

For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of cancellation. For other eligible change-of-mind returns, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds use your original payment method unless agreed otherwise, with no refund or restocking fee. They reflect the amount paid after discounts, using your order's discount allocation for partial returns. A whole-order cancellation includes any standard outbound delivery charge; our standard UK delivery is free.

Faulty goods and warranty

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us with proof of purchase and details of the problem; photos help if available. Goods must meet legal standards for quality, fitness for purpose and description. Your statutory remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement and are not limited by our 30-day returns offer or warranty.

SLEEPSPEC LTD provides a 12-month warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, for website purchases delivered in the UK. It excludes accidental damage, misuse and normal wear. Contact us to claim. We will arrange a free repair or replacement, including necessary postage, or a refund if neither is available. Your statutory rights remain unaffected and may continue beyond the warranty.
