These terms apply to consumer purchases from sleepspec.co.uk. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy and Shipping policy.
Orders and payment
Please check your items, delivery address and contact details before paying. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select. We will send an order confirmation using the email address you provide.
If an issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund the payment taken for that item. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Promotional conditions are shown with the offer. Discounts applied to your order are reflected in the checkout total and order record. Later changes to our prices or promotions do not change the price of an order already placed.
Our products
SleepSpec glasses are non-prescription glasses intended for evening use. The deep-amber lenses change the appearance of colours. Please review the product description and usage guidance before buying and follow the supplied instructions.
SleepSpec is not a medical device or a treatment for sleep disorders. Individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee a particular sleep result. This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal standards.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
We currently deliver within the UK. Our Shipping policy explains delivery costs, estimates and how to get help with delivery problems.
Our Return and refund policy explains statutory cancellation rights, our 30-day returns offer measured from delivery, return postage, refunds and our one-year manufacturing-defect warranty.
Your statutory consumer rights apply independently of our voluntary returns offer and warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces them.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Agreeing to these terms does not itself give consent to advertising cookies or marketing messages.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that purchase, subject to any change we agree with you or that the law requires.
